Göteborg Landvetter Airport is western Sweden’s international airport, with scheduled non-stop routes to some 50 destinations. The number of such routes may change slightly depending on the season. In 2007 Göteborg Landvetter broke a record in terms of passenger numbers, when 4.4 million people flew to and from the airport.

Göteborg Landvetter Airport is a large workplace, where some 3,500 people work for about a hundred companies and organisations. It is our ambition that as a passenger or visitor, you will always be welcomed here by hospitable, friendly people who will do everything to ensure that you enjoy your stay at the airport.
The airport offers nearly 100 non-stop routes, about 50 scheduled and the rest on charter flights. This is twice as many as in 2005. With destinations ranging from Teheran (Iran) to Birmingham (UK), from Luleå to Las Palmas (Spain), we cover three continents and more than 20 countries. A total of 4.3 million travellers pass through our doors annually, with more than 75 per cent taking international flights.
Given our location in the heart of Scandinavia − between Oslo, Copenhagen and Stockholm − we are a hub for intercontinental air cargo, and we are aiming at further increasing the frequency of cargo flights. Our long-range ambition is to broaden our operations in order to become a centre for travel throughout the region, with complementary modes of transport coming together at the airport.
