Wedding/Registered partnership ceremony
The Göteborg Landvetter VIP Service will organise your wedding or registered partnership ceremony at the airport. The ceremony will take place in our VIP room, which accommodates ten people, and may only take place before an air trip.
How it works
A representative of the Göteborg Landvetter VIP Service greets the couple at an agreed meeting place at the airport. We will help with baggage, tickets and passports as well as check-in and other practical details (for the couple and their children if any).
If you would also like check-in help for accompanying guests, this can be arranged for an extra charge of SEK 300 per person including VAT. Friends and acquaintances are naturally welcome to attend the ceremony. Light refreshments and beverages may be ordered in advance. The cost of the ceremony itself is paid to the person performing it, as agreed. We can provide telephone numbers to civil registrars, church pastors and others who are authorised to perform the ceremony.
The basic price for the arrangement is SEK 2,900 including VAT. The price covers the following:
• Access to the VIP room
• Baggage check-in for the couple and their children
• If needed, we can help arrange witnesses
• Separate security screening next to our premises (if you wish to spend more than 45 minutes in the VIP room, you will be charged SEK 700 including VAT per additional hour)
• 1-8 friends and acquaintances are welcome
• Discount on Swedavia parking fees (indoor parking facility if spaces are available)
Wedding or registered partnership ceremony arrangements
Accommodate up to 10 people including the couple.
Opening hours
Ceremonies may be performed between 7.00 a.m. and 7.00 p.m. every day.
Telephone bookings for a wedding or registered partnership ceremony may be made between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. every day at telephone 031-94 14 48.
Payment
Payment occurs on the spot on the day of the ceremony or by agreement, either by debit/credit card or in cash.
Throwing rice
Please inform your guests that throwing rice, flower petals or the like in our premises is not allowed.
Food and beverages
Food and beverages can be ordered in advance. Price lists can be downloaded.
Your order should be in our hands no later than a week before the ceremony. You may not bring your own food and beverages. Prices apply from February 2008.
