Travel within the EU? Perfume and cosmetics can be purchased upon departure and/or arrival. You may not buy alcohol (liqour, wine, beer) and tobacco tax free when travelling within the EU. If you have a stopover/change of planes in an EU country but your final destination is outside the EU, you can buy alcohol and tobacco tax free.
Travel outside the EU? You can buy: Alcohol and tobacco. Alcohol and tobacco can be purchased tax free when travelling to 289 countries. Perfume and cosmetics can be purchased upon departure and/or arrival.

Eligible to VAT Refund are passengers with permanent residence in a country outside the European Union or Norway. A Global Refund Tax Free Cheque has to be obtained from an affiliated shop. The minimum purchase amount is SEK 200.
Permanent residency in a country outside the European Union or Norway should be stated by passport or similar ID-document. Exportverification and Refund is made by FOREX Bank in the departurehall. Please be aware that the purchased goods should be ready for inspection by FOREX Bank.
