Question: Can I reserve parking for more than one vehicle at the same time on the same credit or debit card ?
Answer: No. Because your card is used as an entry and exit card in the system, only one reservation per card per vehicle can be recorded at one time.
Question: How will I know in advance if a parking area will be full when I arrive?
Answer: You can always phone Customer Service in advance and ask how the parking space situation looks.
Question: I am a frequent traveller and drive my car to and from the airport. Is there any discount system for frequent travellers?
Answer: No, but it is possible to rent parking spaces. You or your company may park there for unlimited periods at a fixed price.
Question: How do I find the right parking area?
Answer: On the airport website is a map of the various parking areas, which you can print out.
Question: How do I pay for parking?
Answer: You pay for your parking at or before the exit from the parking area. You either take a parking slip at the entrance or insert your credit or debit card (but not cards such as Maestro or Jet that require online verification service). The parking slip may be paid either using a machine in the parking area or the same card at the exit − or by using a parking payment machine in the terminal.
Question: I parked at Malmö Airport and received a parking fine that I want to appeal. Where can I do this?
Answer: Contact Malmö Airport visitor Center, including the ticket issuer’s address and telephone number can be found on your parking ticket. All complaints or appeals are officially recorded and must be made in writing.
Question: What do I do if I want to park my car, but someone else will pick it up?
Answer: You can leave your car keys and parking slip at Malmö Airport Visitor Center. Make sure not to use your credit or debit card at the parking area entrance if you want to take the same card along with you on your flight.
