What do I do about lost/delayed baggage?
Fill out a loss report form at your airline’s arrival service in the baggage hall or at the Information counter at Ronneby Airport. When your baggage arrives, they will contact you and arrange a time for delivery to where you are.

 

Where do I call if damage to my baggage is discovered only after I get home?

You can borrow a pram from us as long as you are in the terminal.

 

Are animals allowed in the terminal?
Only guide dogs and other animals with travel documents may be brought into the terminal after the security checkpoint.

Where should I keep photographic film during my journey?
X-ray equipment for screening checked baggage may damage both exposed and unexposed film, so always pack film in your hand baggage.

What are the maximum dimensions and other rules for hand baggage?
Your hand baggage may not contain any sharp objects such as knives, scissors or nail files. Place all such items in your check-in baggage. Maximum hand baggage dimensions (standard dimensions − some airlines have other maximum dimensions, so contact your airline for exact rules): Length 45 cm, height 20 cm, width 35 cm.
